D-Stress VR was designed by Sandra Fénelon. As a Business Consultant, she sees first-hand, from her practice and personal experience, how easy it is, even for top performers, to let stress gets the best of us. Always striving to find effective solutions, for her small business clients; her long-time fascination with leading-edge technologies has led her to explore how virtual reality can help reduce stress. She then integrated VR as a powerful component of relaxation sessions to help anyone, with or without meditation experience, get the full benefits of this new way to relax.
VR EXPERIENCE MANAGER
Adriana has a background in communication and customer service. She holds compassion and kindness as her highest values and prides herself in providing personable customer care. She practices yoga and meditation daily and believes in the power of presence to overcome stress and anxiety. Adriana will teach our participants how to prioritize self-care to manage a busy lifestyle with ease.
D-STRESS VR COACH
Narimane is an avid practitioner of meditation and yoga. She has travelled to India to learn Hatha Yoga techniques and practices Vipassana meditation. She is passionate about mindfulness and will teach our participants techniques to calm their mind and get maximum benefits of their VR experience.

Tracey is a recreation and leisure sciences professional. Her experience is an added-value to the team, Tracey contributes to our D-Stress VR At Work program design and logistics. Tracey is passionate about health and wellness. She practices yoga and meditation. She is a proponent of mindfulness, being present in the moment and enjoying the small things in life.
